Requesting Refund for Wrongful mSpy Charge Made on September 27, 2025

On September 27, 2025, without my consent, a charge of ₺4,835.81 was made to my credit card registered under the name M******* D******, with the first digits 512440 and the last four digits 0026. This transaction was carried out through the official website of the mSpy app. I had already been using an annual package on mSpy, and this charge was made without my knowledge.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted mSpy customer service, but I have not received any response so far. The order number for this unauthorized transaction is 10262499. This is the first time I have ever experienced such a problem, and my credit card statement does not show any other company name or explanation connected to this charge. I am requesting a full refund of this amount to my account as soon as possible.
