The service is nothing like advertised, and support is useless. MSPY saved my card details and, even after I cancelled my subscription, they made an unauthorized charge without my permission and refused to issue a refund. You can’t remove your card details, and to delete your account they demand a copy of your ID — essentially asking you to hand over personal documents to strangers.

Mspy is scamming people. Charging me for extra services by tricking me into clicking on the link they send out right after buying a subscription. I requested a refund 5 min later and they refused. I should be able to change my mind and get my money back. Avoid buying this product
