I am using the Mspy application on my Samsung S23 Ultra Android phone, and I recently discovered unauthorized charges made to my Ziraat Bank card without my knowledge or consent.
On September 6, 2025, an amount of ₺928 was withdrawn. Previously, on June 5, 2025, two more charges of ₺605 and ₺39 were also taken. In total, three separate transactions were made, none of which I approved or was even notified about in advance.
So far, I have not been able to contact Mspy customer service regarding these unauthorized payments. However, this situation is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about both security and transparency.
I demand the immediate cancellation of my membership and a full refund of all unauthorized charges. I also expect a prompt response and clear explanation as to why these transactions were processed without my approval.
