Mspy Refusing Refund After Billing Me for a Service I Never Used

On August 26, 2025, I purchased a one-day trial program from mspy using my email address a********@gmail.com**, paying $1. However, I was not able to use the service at all and did not log in again afterward. When I reviewed my credit card statement in September, I noticed that $22 had been withdrawn without my permission on August 27. I tried to contact customer service but could not reach anyone. I canceled my membership through the live support chat, and although they confirmed that it was canceled, another $22 was charged on September 27. As a result, I had to disable e-commerce on my credit card.

It is unacceptable that I was charged twice for a service I did not use. I emailed mspy requesting a refund, but they refused. I am requesting that my account be completely closed, that the unauthorized charges be refunded, and that my grievance be resolved. Otherwise, I will pursue legal action.
