A few minutes ago, I accidentally made a ₺700 purchase on MSPY. I did not intend to complete this transaction, and I have not used any of the app’s features since the payment. Immediately realizing the mistake, I froze my account to prevent further usage.
Since then, I have reached out to MSPY customer service multiple times, but they have continuously dismissed my concerns without providing a clear solution. Instead of helping, they left me feeling ignored and frustrated. This situation has caused financial stress, as ₺700 is a significant amount for me, and emotional distress because I have been forced to chase after a simple refund request.
I firmly request a full refund of the ₺700 I accidentally paid, as I have not utilized any part of the service. I expect MSPY to take responsibility for this accidental charge and treat customers fairly.
