I Report Over ₺2,000 Wrongful Charge on Msyp Trial and No Access to Account

On September 20, 2025, around 1:40 PM, I attempted to purchase a one-day trial through the Msyp website, but instead of a small trial fee, my credit card was charged over ₺2,000. To make matters worse, I cannot even log in to the application despite the charge. The card used for payment ends in 6749, and my account is registered under the email l*********@gmail.com**. I immediately tried contacting Msyp customer support, but I have not been able to reach anyone, and no resolution has been provided. This situation is unacceptable—I only intended to try the service for a single day, not to be billed thousands of lira without authorization. I demand an immediate refund of the full ₺2,000+ charge and proper restoration of my account access.
