Unexpected mSpy Charge Higher Than Displayed Price Sparks Complaint

I wanted to purchase the 3-month package on the mSpy app, which was listed as the best-selling option. Although the payment screen showed an amount of approximately $13, a charge of $40 was withdrawn from my Yapı Kredi debit card around 4:00 AM on March 6. After the payment, I received an email in English that included the reference number 9495468. However, I have never used this service and did not perform any installation or setup.

Since there is no Turkish-language support available, I was unable to communicate effectively with mSpy’s support team, and I have not received any response so far. I do not understand why the payment increased to this amount due to additional fees or hidden costs, and this situation is very concerning.

I request a full refund of the $40 charged to my card and the immediate cancellation of the related subscription.
