Need Refund for Unauthorized $57 Withdrawal by Mspy App

On October 23, 2025, a $57 charge was made to my Ziraat Bank credit card through the Mspy application without my knowledge or consent. Previously, I had approved only a $1 transaction on the app, and I still have the confirmation message for that charge. However, I absolutely did not authorize or approve the $57 withdrawal.

I was harmed by this unauthorized transaction, as it was made without any membership, approval, or consent on my part. I immediately reported the issue to my bank and took the necessary precautions. I have not yet contacted Mspy customer service.

I request that this transaction be canceled and the amount refunded to me. Otherwise, I will pursue my legal rights and file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

I expect an urgent resolution to this matter.
