I am absolutely furious with MSPY for withdrawing money from my card without my consent. I never authorized any transaction, never received a confirmation email, and didn’t get any SMS approval either. Yet, they still managed to charge my card and enroll me in a membership I never agreed to.
I demand an immediate refund of the amount that was unlawfully taken from my account. On top of that, MSPY makes it nearly impossible to cancel the subscription. There’s no clear cancellation method, no response from support, and no communication at all. This feels like a deliberate scam.
I’ve never used the app, never signed up willingly, and certainly didn’t approve recurring charges. MSPY must stop this unauthorized behavior, cancel the subscription on my behalf, and return my money now. If this issue isn’t resolved immediately, I will escalate it through my bank and take legal steps.
