I purchased a one-day trial from the mSpy website to access my old messages, paying ₺37 as advertised. My bank requested a verification code for this payment, and the message clearly stated the same amount. However, just seconds later, a strange pop-up appeared on my screen that could not be closed or bypassed, forcing me to click "approve" to proceed.
Immediately after, I received a bank notification of an unauthorized ₺2007 charge, with no verification code or additional consent requested. This raises serious concerns about both mSpy’s payment practices and my bank’s failure to verify such a large transaction.
I have already emailed mSpy requesting a full refund and account cancellation, but their responses have been unsatisfactory. I also request that access to this site be blocked in Turkey to prevent further victims. I demand my ₺2007 refund and an explanation of how such a charge was processed without proper authorization.
