While trying to purchase a daily package on the Mspy app from my iPhone, $1 was shown as the price, but $17 was withdrawn from my account instead. The payment was made today using my Ziraat Bank debit card directly through Mspy’s website. I do not have any customer or order number, but I did take a screenshot of the transaction. I did not receive any error or warning during the payment process—the transaction appeared successful. I was able to use the service, but an excessive amount was charged without my consent.
I request that the excess amount be refunded to me as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will take legal action.
