Please Refund My Money

I am writing to report an unauthorized payment made from my GCash account to Starread Technology Limited (Starread Techno) in the amount of 699.00. I use my GCash account in Quezon City, Philippines, and I discovered this transaction on October 23, 2026, when I opened my phone and saw a notification that I had paid 699.00 to Starread Techno. I have never subscribed to, registered with, or knowingly used any service of Starread Techno, and I did not authorize this payment in any way. According to my transaction history, the payment of -699.00 to Starread Technology Limited was processed on October 23, 2026 at 12:33 PM, with transaction or reference number 065482741 (ID: AD2113488828975886336). Because this charge appeared without my knowledge or consent, I strongly suspect that my account may have been compromised or used fraudulently. I contacted GCash support on October 23, 2026 regarding this transaction. In their response, GCash informed me that they act only as an online payment platform and that the merchant already has the funds, and they advised me to reach out directly to the merchant for a refund. However, I do not have any account or subscription with Starread Techno, and I do not know the correct or official contact details for this company, so I am currently unable to reach them or identify any account that might be linked to my name or number. I am requesting that this unauthorized payment of 699.00 to Starread Technology Limited be fully refunded to my GCash savings account and that this transaction and any related activity be thoroughly investigated. I also request that any existing or hidden connection, mandate, or authorization between my GCash account and Starread Technology Limited or Starread Techno be cancelled, and that additional security measures be taken to prevent any similar unauthorized charges from occurring in the future. I am attaching the transaction screenshot and details as proof of this unauthorized payment and kindly ask for your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
