I Never Subscribed but MyKidsGuard Charged My Card $60
On June 14, 2026, at approximately 5:41 PM, an unauthorized charge appeared on my bank card from a company listed as "mykidsguard.online," which I believe may be associated with mSpy. The transaction was processed without my knowledge, consent, or approval.
The amount charged was approximately $59, and I never signed up for a subscription, created an account, authorized recurring billing, or received any prior notification regarding this transaction. No warning, confirmation email, or subscription notice was sent to me before the payment was taken.
The charge appears on my bank statement under the name "mykidsguard.online." After discovering the transaction, I attempted to contact mSpy and related support channels to obtain clarification and request assistance. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach a representative or receive any meaningful response regarding the charge.
Because I did not authorize this payment and have no knowledge of any active subscription associated with my card, I consider this transaction to be unauthorized. The lack of communication and inability to contact support has further increased my concern regarding the security of my payment information.
I request the immediate refund of the approximately $59 charged to my bank card and the cancellation of any subscription, recurring billing arrangement, or renewal associated with this transaction. I also request written confirmation that no future charges will be processed using my payment information.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I intend to pursue a formal charge dispute through my bank and explore all available consumer protection channels.
