mSpy Unauthorized Credit Card Debits - No Refund!

I recently attempted to purchase an mSpy subscription after being shown a 3‑month plan for 1,300. I did not select or approve any other options, yet today three separate debits were taken from my HDFC credit card ending with 9626, totalling 10,700 without my clear consent. After seeing these unexpected charges, I immediately cancelled the subscription and requested a refund through your side, but my refund request was not accepted and no money has been returned to my account. I find it unacceptable that such a large amount has been debited when I was clearly shown a much lower 3‑month price. I request that the full amount of 10,700 that was debited today be refunded to my HDFC credit card ending with 9626 as soon as possible and that any active subscription linked to my details be completely cancelled so that no further debits are made. If my refund is not processed promptly, I will be forced to consider taking legal action and escalating this matter with the relevant authorities.
