I am an mSpy user on my iPhone 11, and yesterday I started receiving multiple email alerts stating that unauthorized payment attempts were made using my account. Some amounts were over ₺1,000, while others exceeded ₺2,000. All of these attempts were made with the same credit card I had previously used for my mSpy subscription. I never approved any of these transactions.
This situation poses a serious risk to my financial and personal security. As an immediate precaution, I blocked my card for all online transactions. However, I expect mSpy to explain why these unauthorized payment attempts occurred, what security measures will be taken, and how they will ensure this will never happen again.
