I Face Unauthorized Auto Charge After Mspy Trial Subscription

On August 3, I signed up for a trial membership on the Mspy website for just ₺1. However, on August 10, without my consent or prior notice, ₺603 was automatically withdrawn from my bank card. I never intended to continue with a paid subscription, and the application provided me with absolutely no benefit. The fact that my card information was used without authorization is extremely concerning and unacceptable.

I still have the confirmation email and invoice for the transaction, proving the payment was made without my approval. Despite this, I have been unable to reach Mspy customer support through any channel to resolve the matter.

I demand a full refund of the ₺603 that was wrongfully taken from my account and expect Mspy to ensure no further unauthorized charges occur.
