Refund And Cancellation Of Subscription

I noticed an unauthorized charge of $29.99 on my Chase bank account from a company called DRAMACOVE on 10/23/2026. I do not recognize this merchant or any service under this name, and I have no idea what subscription this charge is supposed to be for. I do not recall signing up for DRAMACOVE, any related service, or any free trial that would justify this debit. Since I never knowingly agreed to this subscription, I consider this charge unauthorized. I request that DRAMACOVE immediately cancel any subscription or account that may have been opened in my name and issue a full refund of the $29.99 charged on 10/23/2026. I also ask for written confirmation that my details have been removed from any recurring billing and that no further charges will be made to my card.
