On October 6 and 7, several unauthorized transactions were made from my Ziraat Bank account under the name “mspy,” totaling $1 and $9 on October 6, and $22 on October 7. These charges were made using the card information saved in my Google account, but I did not approve any of these transactions. I did not receive any confirmation code, SMS, or email notification regarding these payments.
As soon as I discovered the issue, I removed my card from my Google account and contacted both my bank and Mspy. However, both parties responded by saying that the transactions were approved by me and that no refund would be issued. This is incorrect—I did not authorize any of these payments, nor did I initiate any subscription myself.
I request that all of these transactions be canceled and that the full amount withdrawn be refunded to me.
