I Face Unauthorized Charge on iPhone for Mspy App Without Access or Invoice
On September 6, 2025, while using my iPhone in Istanbul, I was unexpectedly charged ₺727.10 via my bank card for the Mspy application without my consent. I had only authorized a ₺38.54 purchase, yet a much higher amount was withdrawn from my account without any prior notice or approval. I could not log into the application afterward, and I was never given a customer number, order number, or invoice for this transaction.
The only communication I received was a basic email about the app itself — no details explaining the charge. I have no knowledge of Mspy’s refund policy or subscription terms, and I want to note that this payment was processed through Google, not directly via Mspy’s official website.
This is an unauthorized withdrawal, and I demand the immediate refund of ₺727.10 to my account. Mspy must also clarify how this payment was processed without my consent and ensure such unauthorized charges do not happen again.
