I Face Unjust Charge Issue After MSPY Subscription Cancellation

I subscribed to the MSPY app on [purchase date not provided] and paid $[amount not specified]. Shortly after subscribing, I found the service unreasonable and immediately canceled my subscription. The cancellation was confirmed without issue. When I checked my card, there was no actual charge processed at that moment—it appeared as a provisional transaction, so I assumed the matter was resolved.

However, today I unexpectedly received a message from MSPY stating that while they canceled my future subscriptions, they require a justification to refund the first payment. This is confusing and unfair since I canceled right after subscribing and did not use the service. I am currently monitoring my card, and so far, no funds have been withdrawn, but this unresolved issue is causing stress and inconvenience.

I explicitly request the full refund of my initial payment without any further delay or additional explanations.
