Dramacove Cancellation Will Not Go Through And Can't Reach Support

I am a Dramacove Live user and I would like to cancel the service and receive a refund. Since last night I have been trying to cancel, however my request has not been reflected as a refund, and I am concerned that I will be charged even though I no longer wish to use the service. I request that my Dramacove Live subscription be cancelled without any further charges and that the relevant amount be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
