If you accidentally bought an in-app item on Google Play, you have two refund options. First, review the Google Play Store Refund Policy, which allows 2-hour in-app refunds. If the purchase falls within this timeframe, Play Store may refund you directly. Policy details are here.

Contact Google Play Support after the 2-hour window to explain your situation. Google's refund policy is strict, but accidental purchases may be exempt. Google Play Support is here.

For iOS App Store purchases, Apple rarely refunds accidental in-app purchases. You can still explain your situation to Apple Support. Some exceptions may be made. Apple's refund policy and support contact information are here.

Hi, I kindly request a refund from Free Fire for the badge purchase. They deducted 987.00 from my Mastercard without my knowledge. This transaction was mistakenly made by my kids. Please assist me in getting a refund for this amount. Thank you.
