My Garena Free Fire ₺300 Google Play Subscription Payment Didn’t Activate

On August 22, 2025, I attempted to purchase a monthly subscription in Garena Free Fire using a Google Play code on my Android device. The payment of ₺300 was successfully deducted from my account, but the subscription never started. Instead, I received an error message during the purchase process, and now the code appears as already used. Despite the charge, my account (User ID: 773708601) has not received any subscription benefits or confirmation.

This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, and it is extremely frustrating. I do not even know how to properly contact customer support, which makes the situation worse. I paid in full, yet I have no access to the service I purchased, leaving me feeling both misled and ignored. The purchase was made in Ağrı, and I can confirm that the payment went through without any issues on my side.

I demand that Garena or Google immediately resolve this issue by either activating my Free Fire monthly subscription or refunding the ₺300 payment to my account. Customers should not lose their money without receiving the service they paid for.
