Free Fire Wrong Diamond Top Up

I am submitting this complaint regarding a wrong Free Fire diamond top up using the DANA application that occurred today, 22 March 2026. I intended to top up diamonds for my own Free Fire account, but I accidentally entered the wrong game ID so the diamonds were sent to another account even though the money had already been deducted from my DANA balance. The transaction amount was approximately Rp200.000, and I did not receive the diamonds in my Free Fire account because of this ID input error. Until now, I have not contacted DANA customer service directly and this complaint is my first formal report about this incident. Through this complaint, I kindly request that my funds of Rp200.000 be refunded to my DANA balance, or that DANA provides another appropriate solution so that I do not suffer a loss from this mistaken input. I am ready to provide transaction details, screenshots, and other supporting information if required for further verification.
