GG Top Free Fire Payment Charged but 5600 Diamonds Not Received
On February 16, 2026, I made a payment of $41 through GG Top to purchase 5,600 diamonds for my Free Fire account. During the transaction, I did not receive any warnings or errors, and the payment was successfully charged. However, the diamonds were never credited to my account.
After noticing that the diamonds had not been added, I checked my receipt and confirmed that the payment had been processed. My game account details are as follows: ID 146061740, username ff nasır. Despite this, there has been no increase in my diamond balance, and I have not received any notification or explanation.
To resolve this issue, I request that either the 5,600 diamonds I purchased be credited to my account as soon as possible, or that the $41 payment be fully refunded to me.
