Free Fire Top-Up Paid but Same Weapon Keeps Appearing
On Friday, November 21, I loaded diamonds in the game and spent approximately $12. However, even after topping up diamonds several times, the system keeps giving me the same weapon, and I am absolutely not getting the different or desired weapon. This situation is seriously upsetting in terms of both the money I spent and the effort I put in.
Despite repeatedly contacting in-game support and the platform where I made the purchase, I have received no response. I tried many times, but the outcome did not change and I was consistently disappointed because I keep getting the same weapon.
As a player who made a purchase expecting proper reward, I demand that the weapon I paid for be granted and that the problem on my account be investigated and resolved. If the issue is not fixed, I want to state that I may consider taking legal steps regarding my grievance.
