Refund Of My Money Or The Account

I wanted to buy a Free Fire account and met a seller in the game. We moved our conversation to WhatsApp, where he offered me a prime 8 Free Fire account. We agreed that I would pay him a total of 85,000 naira by installments through OPay. I started sending him money bit by bit from my OPay account to the OPay account in the name of David C*** P***. I completed all the payments, and the last transfer to you finish the 85,000 naira was on 26 September. Despite paying everything we agreed, he did not give me the login details for the Free Fire account. After I sent the full amount, I kept asking him on WhatsApp to send me the login, but he ignored my messages, refused to provide the account, and finally blocked me. In our WhatsApp chats we clearly discussed the account details and email, and I have screenshots that show our conversations and the promises he made before blocking me. I also have a video recording that I can provide as extra evidence of what happened. Because of this, I lost my whole savings and did not receive the Free Fire account I paid for. I am very upset and sad about this situation and feel completely scammed. I kindly request that the necessary actions be taken regarding this person and that I either receive the Free Fire account I paid for or a full refund of the 85,000 naira, so that my savings are not lost for nothing.
