Free Fire Diamonds Never Credited After Successful JazzCash Payment
On January 30, I purchased a diamond top-up for Garena Free Fire through a third-party seller and paid $18 via JazzCash for diamonds to be credited to my Free Fire account with UID 11540020423. Although the payment was successfully completed, the diamonds were never added to my Free Fire account. Since the date of purchase, I have received no response or support from the third-party seller regarding the missing diamonds. My money was taken, but I did not receive the in-game items I paid for, and I am unable to use the diamonds in the game. I request that the missing diamonds corresponding to the $18 payment be credited to my Free Fire account, or that a full $18 refund be issued to my JazzCash account as soon as possible. I respectfully ask that this issue be investigated and resolved urgently.
