Google Play Refused Refund For Free Fire Purchase
I made a purchase in the Free Fire game through the Google Play Store using a Tecno device. Specifically, I bought a diamonds pack for 99 pesos. The purchase and the refund request were both made on March 6, 2026, and I requested the refund within the 2‑hour period indicated by Google Play’s policy. However, on March 7, 2026, at around 10:00 in the morning, my refund request for the 99 pesos was denied. After the refusal, I contacted Google Play application support, but the situation has not been resolved and I still have not received my money back. I kindly request that my case be reviewed again and that the full refund of the 99 pesos for the Free Fire diamonds pack purchased through Google Play be processed, as the request was made within the indicated time frame.
