Garena Free Fire Top-Up Failed but Money Deducted
Last night around 1:00 AM, I purchased diamonds for Garena Free Fire through Ggtopup by making a payment of $8 from my Ziraat Bank account. Although the payment was successfully charged at the end of the transaction, the diamonds were never credited to my Garena account.
The game account ID I used for this transaction is 2525347873. I have the payment receipt available, but so far neither Ggtopup nor the game has credited anything to my account. I have not contacted any support line yet because I am first requesting that this issue be resolved quickly.
I would like the diamonds corresponding to my $8 payment to be fully credited to my Garena Free Fire account with ID 2525347873 as soon as possible.
