I Report Missing Diamonds After 1500₺ Free Fire Top-Up via Play Code

On August 28 (Thursday), I purchased a top-up for Free Fire using a Play Code worth 1500₺. The payment was successfully processed, but right after completing the transaction, I was disconnected from the game. When I logged back in, I realized that the diamonds were never credited to my account. My in-game ID is 8755349525.

This is not the first time I have experienced this exact problem. The same issue happened to me before, which makes it even more frustrating that it has now occurred a second time. Despite paying in full, I am left without the purchased in-game currency, which affects my ability to play and participate in events.

So far, I have not yet contacted customer service, but I am now requesting immediate assistance. I expect either my purchased diamonds to be credited without further delay or a full refund of the 1500₺ payment. As a paying customer, I should not have to deal with repeated issues like this, and I ask that Free Fire ensures players receive their purchases reliably.
