Free Fire Diamonds Not Credited After ₺299 Monthly Subscription Payment on June 26

On June 26, 2025, at around 10:15, I made a payment of ₺299 with my Halkbank card in the Garena Free Fire in-game store on Android for a monthly subscription. My authorization number is 020920. After the transaction, the money was withdrawn from my account, but the diamonds were not credited to my game account. My player ID is 5240***86. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I have not yet contacted customer service. I request a refund for the payment and ask that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
