Free Fire Charged Me $35 but Didn’t Deliver My Diamonds
On November 27, 2024, at around 8:56 p.m., I purchased $35 worth of diamonds through the Free Fire game. Even though the payment was successfully charged to my bill, the diamonds I purchased were never delivered to my game account.
I have the transaction details and receipt, and I can provide them if needed. I’ve never experienced an issue like this in Free Fire before, so paying for something and not receiving it has been extremely frustrating.
I request that the diamonds I paid for be added to my account as soon as possible, or if that is not possible, that my payment be refunded.
