Free Fire Sakuna Bundle Not Received After Spending 450 Diamonds

I am writing about an issue I experienced in the game regarding the Sakuna bundle. I play from India on the Asian server and recently spent 450 diamonds on 4 February, but I still did not receive the Sakuna bundle, while my friends were able to get it. I spent my diamonds with the clear expectation of receiving the same bundle under the same conditions as other players. However, despite using 450 diamonds, the bundle has not been added to my account, and this makes me feel that the game is unfair. I have not yet contacted in‑game customer support, but I am first sharing this complaint here. I request that you give me the Sakuna bundle that I spent my diamonds for, or otherwise return my 450 diamonds.
