On August 20, 2025, at 13:29:44, I made a purchase on my iPhone in Garena Free Fire to buy 1,060 diamonds. The amount of ₺299.99 was deducted from my bank account, but instead of receiving the diamonds, the game displayed an error message saying my “balance is insufficient.” Despite the charge going through, the diamonds were never added to my account. This appears to be a clear system error that has caused me unnecessary frustration and inconvenience.

The reconciliation number for this transaction is 2930835. I contacted Garena customer service regarding the issue, but so far, I have not received any reply or support. This silence from the company is extremely disappointing, especially given that I followed the correct purchase steps and provided full payment.

I demand that Garena Free Fire immediately resolve this issue by either delivering the 1,060 diamonds to my account or refunding the ₺299.99 payment. Customers should not have to chase after their purchases, and ignoring valid complaints only damages trust in the platform. If my issue is not addressed quickly, I will continue to pursue my rights across all available platforms.
