Garena Free Fire Diamond Purchase Refund Delay

On October 8, I accidentally purchased diamonds worth ₺599.99 in Free Fire using my Ziraat Bank account. The transaction was made through the Google Play Store, and my order number is GPA.3306-0207-9340-16038. The diamonds were credited to my Free Fire account (ID: 965101628).

After realizing the mistake, I contacted Google Play support, and they informed me that a refund had been issued. However, as of today, no refund has been credited to my bank account.

I request that the refund be processed and transferred to my account as soon as possible. This matter has been pending for too long, and I expect it to be resolved promptly.
