I am filing a complaint regarding a situation in Garena Free Fire that I believe is unfair, which I have been experiencing for about three days. I am around level 57–58 in the game, and for the first time, I spent money to purchase diamonds. I loaded approximately 800 diamonds, then made four attempts of five spins each for an Evo weapon, but I did not receive an Evo weapon at all. Likewise, in other events, despite making multiple attempts, I did not receive any rewards.
While I see other players winning rewards with far fewer attempts—sometimes even in a single try—it does not feel fair that I received nothing despite spending so many diamonds. The way the system seems to work, as if it “gives rewards to whoever it wants,” damages the sense of fairness among players.
I am requesting that Garena review my account in detail, check whether the luck mechanics and reward rates in events are fair, and, if possible, refund the diamonds I spent or grant the rewards I am entitled to. I want a system that treats all players equally and fairly.
