My Request For My Free Fire Diamonds To Be Returned To Top-up Balance

25On December 10, 2025, I accidentally purchased an in‑game item in Free Fire that cost 499 diamonds. I did not intend to buy this item, and I do not want to use it in my account. I have not yet contacted customer support about this issue. With this complaint, I kindly request that the 499 diamonds spent on this accidental purchase be refunded to me by converting them back into a top‑up balance or diamonds on my Free Fire account, and that the unwanted item be removed if necessary. I would like this situation to be reviewed and resolved so that the diamonds I spent by mistake can be restored to my balance.
