Flex City Refund Complaint After Accidental Service Payment
On March 7, 2026, I accidentally made a ₹350 payment to Flex City for a service that I did not intend to purchase. The payment was made by mistake, and I realized afterward that the amount had been charged to Flex City unintentionally.
I have not yet contacted Flex City customer service regarding this issue. I am requesting a full refund of the ₹350 that was paid in error and that this transaction be canceled.
I kindly ask that this refund be processed as soon as possible and that the confirmation be provided to me once it has been completed.
