I recently made a top‑up for Garena diamonds via the My Telenor app for my game account with ID 1613833191. The payment was successfully completed and the amount was deducted from my balance, but the diamonds have still not been credited to my game account. This issue occurred today and I have already been waiting for about 4 hours, yet the diamonds or any in‑game currency related to this top‑up have not appeared. I have not previously contacted My Telenor support, Garena support, or the top‑up center about this; this is my first formal complaint. I request that my missing diamonds be credited to my game account as soon as possible, or that my deducted amount be fully refunded if the top‑up cannot be completed. I also ask for an explanation of why this problem occurred despite successful payment.
