Free Fire Membership Not Activated After PhonePe Payment
I made a payment of ₹159 on 27/12/2025 through PhonePe to purchase a Free Fire membership. The payment was completed, and the amount was deducted from my account. The membership was not activated in my Free Fire account, and I did not receive any refund. In the PhonePe transaction details, the reference/transaction ID is shown as OLEX2512271902306987445496. Since I did not receive the membership benefits, and the payment has been taken, I have effectively lost this amount without getting any service. I request that the ₹159 amount for this failed Free Fire membership purchase be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible, or that the membership be activated correctly in my account. I am sharing all available payment details so that this issue can be checked and resolved quickly.
