I Did Not Get My Diamonds After Weekly Garena Free Fire Renewal

Last week I purchased a weekly Garena Free Fire membership, and after completing the previous one, I did not cancel my subscription. Today was the last day to claim the diamonds from that subscription, but my account automatically renewed and I didn’t receive the diamonds. Please do something about this—I want my refund because my money is gone and I didn’t get the diamonds.
