I Want a Refund for Undelivered Free Fire Membership Purchase

Today, around 30 minutes before this complaint, I purchased a Free Fire weekly membership for my account with UID 6742069141 through the Fam app. The amount for the weekly membership was deducted and I can see the successful transaction with the reference / transaction ID FMPIB5611058370, but the weekly membership was not added to my Free Fire account. Since I needed the membership benefits, I later purchased it again via redeem, so now I have paid once through the Fam app without receiving any service in return. I kindly request a full refund of the amount deducted under transaction ID FMPIB5611058370, as the weekly membership was not delivered to my Free Fire account after payment.
