I purchased a bus ticket for June 19, 2024, at 22:45. At 23:29, I tried to reach customer service and, after 29 minutes, learned that the bus had broken down. I requested the vehicle's contact information but was told it could not be shared, and I was advised to track the bus via the website or through customer service.
Despite regular checks on the website, the bus did not move. On June 20, 2024, at 02:36, I waited 19 minutes to reach customer service again. They promised to contact the driver and asked me to hold, but the call was abruptly cut off. I attempted to call back at 02:57, but after 35 minutes, no one answered.
I requested a refund, and was told it was being processed. However, I have not received any information about when I can expect the refund or further assistance. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable.
Please address this issue promptly and provide an update on my refund status.
