Kıyafet Sepeti Won't Refund Me, Wants to Issue Gift Voucher
I made an online purchase on March 25, 2024, however on March 28, 2024, I noticed that the product I ordered could not be dispatched without notification owing to out-of-date stock information. When I called customer support, instead of issuing a refund, they suggested I receive a coupon for the amount paid. I pushed on a refund, but they said it will be automatically paid to my bank account after 15 business days. When April 25, 2024 went without receiving my refund, I noticed the funds had not been credited to my account. On April 26, 2024, I contacted customer service, but they did not react. When I contacted, they stated that they were awaiting information from the bank and encouraged me to wait until Monday if the money did not go through. As April 29, 2024 neared without payment, they suggested that I wait until May 7, 2024 and call my bank, further delaying the process. After calling my bank, I discovered that no such transaction had been initiated. By May 7, 2024, the funds had not been deposited in my account, and connection with the finance department was impossible. I am looking for assistance in resolving this situation.
