Turna.com Charged Me 3 Times for 1 Bus Ticket—I’m Still Waiting for My Refund

On April 1, 2025, I bought a bus ticket through Turna.com. While selecting my seat, there was a technical issue or some kind of glitch, and my card was charged three separate times for the same ticket.

I immediately contacted customer service, and they assured me that two of the charges would be refunded. However, it's been days, and I still haven’t received a single refund. This is unacceptable. They acknowledged the error, yet I’m left without my money and without any updates or follow-up support.

I expect Turna.com to issue the refund without further delay. This was their system’s mistake, and I shouldn’t have to chase them for my own money. Please resolve this immediately—I’m tired of waiting.
