SunExpress Charged Me for Tickets but Didn’t Issue Them or Refund My Money

On December 14, 2024, I tried to purchase four plane tickets on the SunExpress website. After entering my payment details, the system charged my card, but the confirmation screen froze and then disappeared. I never received any ticket confirmation or booking details.

I immediately contacted customer service, and they told me no tickets were issued, even though the payment was processed. I waited through the weekend for a resolution, assuming the money would be refunded, but nothing happened. I called again and was told the refund would be processed within three business days, but now it’s been over five business days, and I still haven’t received my money.

I’m frustrated with the constant excuses and lack of progress. SunExpress must urgently refund the money for the tickets I never received. I expect the company to address this issue promptly and provide a clear resolution. Customers shouldn’t have to chase refunds for errors caused by their system.
