99.9 USD Charged Without Consent – ExpressVPN Refund Demand

A yearly ExpressVPN subscription was activated on my account without my knowledge or consent, and 99.9 USD was charged to my bank card. This transaction occurred approximately 2–3 hours ago. I did not receive any notification, confirmation request, or authorization message prior to this charge.

I immediately attempted to contact ExpressVPN customer support, but I was unable to reach any representative. The payment was made using my ABB Bank card, and I have the payment receipt/documentation available as proof.

This is the first time I have experienced such an issue. I do not accept unauthorized charges, and I formally request that this transaction be investigated immediately, the subscription be canceled, and the full amount of 99.9 USD be refunded to my card without delay.

I expect prompt assistance and written confirmation regarding the resolution of this matter.
