On January 21, 2026, I deposited $46 into my Parimatch account through PhonePe using UPI. The transaction was successful on my end, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. The UPI/UTR reference number for this transaction is 825850291408. Although the payment was completed and debited from my bank account, my Parimatch balance has not increased, and the money has not been returned to my bank account either.
I submitted a support ticket regarding this issue, but even after 8–10 days, I have received no response and the problem remains unresolved. I am requesting that the $46 from this successful transaction, with UTR 825850291408, be immediately credited to my Parimatch account balance. I also ask that you review why there was no response to my previous ticket and inform me in writing once this issue has been fully resolved. I expect this matter to be resolved and the funds to be credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay.
