TCL 65C835 Developed Coil Whine Immediately After Warranty Ended
I own a TCL 65C835 television that I purchased from amazon.com.tr in Turkey. Immediately after the warranty period ended, the TV began producing a noticeable coil whine noise, and this issue is still ongoing. The noise is especially loud when the TV is first turned on and becomes more frequent and disturbing when the screen brightness is low. I contacted both TCL and Amazon customer service regarding this problem. I was offered a paid mainboard replacement or repair, but I was clearly informed that they could not guarantee the issue would not occur again after the repair. Since this problem started right after the warranty expired and is related to the internal electronic components of the device, I do not find it fair to be charged for the repair or to accept an intervention with an uncertain outcome. I request that my TCL 65C835 TV be repaired free of charge or replaced with a new device that does not have this issue. I expect this manufacturing-related defect, which appeared immediately after the warranty period, to be resolved without any cost to me.
